NINETEEN TO LAND
VACCINATION REACTING
OTHERS IN QUARANTINE

With the exception of . nineteen, whose vaccinations and reactions have been found satisfactory, all tho passengers of the Aorangi will bo quarantined at North Hoad, many for ten days and tho remainder for at least five days. ■ . ■ . Tho chief quarantine officer, in making this announcement, said that in all but nineteen cases vaccinations had been found to be not in accordance with Australian regulations. All passengers spent the night at the quarantine station. Among those to be released to-day is Walter Hagen, the golfer, but his, companion, J. Kirkwood, and Mr. Haynes, tho retiring Trade Commissioner for Canada, are among those eonfiuad. About a hundred of the crew will also be confined.
All cargo, including that carried on from New Zealand, will bo unloaded as usual. '■ Those released will be required to give a written undertaking to report daily until 14th March.
