LONDON, '27th February.
A message from Algiers states that a young man, Oul Larbi, in the village of Mostaganam, murdared his father, mother, two sisters, and a threo-yoars-old grandchild, after which he ransacked the home and escaped to the open country, in which a large body of police are now searching for him.
