BOLSHEVIK MILITARISM.
The Russian Bolsheviks who depict the "bloated capitalist" with guns in his mouth instead of cigars have themselves created "the greatest military machine in the world," according to Mr. H. J. Grcenwall in "Mirrors of Moscow" (London: Harrap). He states that the Russians are to-day employing 70,000 people in SO munition factories. Mr. Greenwall has travelled extensively, but in no other country, he declares, has lie seen so real a war spirit as in Russia. "And that spirit is fanned by propaganda directed almost exclusively against the British Empire. The Foreign Office of Moscow follows exactly tho same lines as those laid down by the Foreign Office in St. Petersburg—Constantinople, India, and warm' seaports." The idea of "world revolution" is simply to pave the way for a Greater Russia. And upon for.eign policy, says Mr. Greenwall, tho whole of Russia is united.
