ANNUAL SWIMMING SPORTS
Yesterday at tho: Te Aro Baths pupils of Wellington Girls' College contested the various events on their swimming sports programme. Interest waß very keen, and those parents and friends who came to watch saw some good swimming. There was a record number of entries. Mrs. Taylor, drill ajd sports mistress at the college, controlled the fixture; assistance being given her by members of the school staff, and by Mr. Calnan, who judged.the diving. The events were won as follows: — Senior champion, J. Wright, 16. points; run-ner-up, Z. Clarke, 14 points. Junior.champion, C. HelTord, 12 points: run-ners-up, M. Bureh, K. Dick, and M.
