United Press Association—By Electric Tele- ■ graph—Copyright. (Received 30th January, 11 a.m.) VANCOUVER, 29th January. Winnipeg wheat crashed. It is a record low season. On Wednesday a continued lack of demand for North American wheat put a strain on the market, which closed 3 to 3 1-8 cents down. May future closed at 1 dollar 27 3-8 cents.
