TO RECUPERATE IN SOUTH

RUGBY, 28th January.
Lord Byng of Vimy, Commissioner of the- London Police, loaves London next Friday for South Africa to recuperate from his illness. He will be accompanied by Lady Byng. They will spend the first fortnight in South Africa as guests of Sir Abo Bailey at Muizenberg and part of March at Government House in Cape Town with Lord Athlone.
