FIVE MEN ARRESTED
CHARGE OK CONSPIRACY,

. , . .SYDNEY, 19th December." A fortnight's inquiries by detectives resulted in the arrest of five men for i"1 alleged business fraud involving £60,000. The firm with which the men were connected came into existence some months ago, trading on a ninetyday bill system, buying huge quantities of merchandise from warehouses and selling at ridiculously low prices to retailers. The firm has now gone out of existence. The bills fell due at th« beginning of December and, according to official statements, were not met. The five men have been charged with } conspiracy.
