SATISFACTORY SUBSCRIPTION
CANBERRA, 19th December. Mr. Theodore, the Federal Treasurer, announces that the approximate amount subscribed to the recent ten millions loan by the public was seven and three-quarter millions, which he regarded as satisfactory in view of. the stringent monetary conditions.
