SHORTAGE OF LABOUR
BUSY TIME AT GISBORNE

GISBORNE, This Day. Although 200 men were engaged, there was a shortage of labour on the waterfront at Gisborne to-day with five coastal vessels and a Home liner loading and discharging. The members of tho crew of some of tho vessels and a number of schoolboys were employed to supplement the ordinary labour.
