Among current; novelties in aeroplane design is a trans-Atlantic 'plane that will drop its wings if forced to alight at sea, Jhen ride the waves like a boat. This machine, as worked out by engineers of the Bleriot aircraft plant in France, would be a veritable ocean liner with wings, equipped with both air and marine propellers.
