TENDERS. ANDREWS' HOTEL, DANNEVIRKE. •T^HE Public Trustee, invites alternative tenders as follows for the property known as ''ANDREWS' HOTEL, DAN(I) PURCHASE of the .freehold. (2) LEASE. The goodwill of a five or seven-year lease at a rental of £45 per week, excluding the shops and the petrol station which are being separately leased.
