If all well wishers in Wellington City and Province sit down to-night and each mail a donation to the "Save the College Fund" there will be no longer any doubt about the success of this appeal, but if the Committee have to attempt to personally canvass everyone, the position is impossible. We believe there are innumerable well-wishers who are ready to-day to contribute, but are waiting for us to call on them. We cannot possibly call, so urge you to sit down right now, and send us that donation. If you cannot give a big donation, at least send a . small donation by to-morrow night, then we will have the £10,000 we are seeking to raise. . This £10,000 will positively enable the-Board of Governors to rearrange the finances of the College in such a manner as to assure its future. Don't listen to the quitters, who will tell you it can't be done. Those in full possession of the financial facts are convinced that the sum we seek to raise will do the job.
