ANOTHER- SCARE RAISED

BERIiIN, 17th November.

The city of Ifeisseldorf lias again been thrown into terror by the receipt of a postcard by the newspaper "Mittag" reading: "T must drink the blood of my next victim on Saturday evening at seven." It was in the same handwriting as the two previous messages. There was no further victim to midnight, though alarm was felt at the disappearance of a boy, who, however, was found wandering in a suburb.
