MIRAMAR LADIES' CLUB.
The Miramar Ladies' Golf Club . are closing their season on Tuesday with a Canadian foursome. - Members are requested to choose -partners and opponents, play-to commence at 11 a.m. During the afternoon there will be a competition in approaching, and putting.
The C division will play a medal round over 14 holes, commencing at J.O a.m. Afternoon tea and prize-giving -will be at 3.30 p.m. /... .
- In the flag match, for Bliss George's trophies, Mrs. Banks (11) and Miss Barnett (8), tied in-the .A division, and Miss Tanner -won in the B division.
A special match played on Tuesday was won by-Mrs.. Banks (11) in the A division, Mrs. Cooke (24) in the B division, and Mrs. Castle in the C division.
The final of the Wheeler Gup (a knockout on handicap) was won by Mrs. Torsforison" (21); who defeated Bliss Hanson (S), 3 and 2. ;
