DIRT-TRACK RACING

With record entries for the big handicap race and the appearance of three Australian riders and three Aucklanders, the dirt track racing at. the Kilbirnie Stadium Speedway to-night promises to be of a high order. A series of thrilling contests is likely between those "riders competing for the Golden Helmet,-a; trophy which created very keen competition last season. Kilmister, M'Kenzie,' Har.vje,.; Naylor, Morgan, Grove, M'Ghee, and5 the Aucklanders, Allen and Matson, will be claimants for the Golden Helmet., The Australians, Perkins, Sticpewich, and' Batson, are entered for the big handicap, and the two latter will attempt to break the record set up by Jack Arnott. Provision has been made for over twenty races, so that there should be excellent measure of this thrilling sport to-night. ■
