It urgos 'Indians to spurn all suggestions of Dominion, status and not await what the Imperialists offer, but to take their destiny into their own hands, throw off British rule, and establish a Govemraont on Communist linos. Soviet newspaper^ ridicule the British Government's assumption 'that the Anglo-Russian agreement will change the International's activity. Mr. Mac. Donala's promises at the Lord Mayor's banquet, and Mr. Henderson's Pariiamentary jugglings did not bind tho ooviet.
