. LONDON, 14th November. It is stated that some qf the members of Parliament who won tickets for the flight in ElOl on Saturday found a number of pressing engagements preventing their participation. Several report that they have received letters from constituents imploring them not to risk tHe flight, Ono member of the Hguse of Commons says that ho discovered in a publication which features, predictions that a disaster to an airship in which politicians were- enjoying a flight was foretold for this very month and year. According to presejit arrangements, 8101 will carry a party numbering about 180, including 75 members of tho House of Oornmohs and1 twenty Peers, three p(' the. latter boing over 70 years of age, Tho human cargo will weigh approximately thirteen tons.
