(Received lGth November, 9 a.m.) LONDON, lath November.1 • The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Arthur Henderson, has telegraphed Kabul recoghsing Nadir Khan's Government on behalf of Britain and the Dominions. (Received l<sth November, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, 15th November. Tho Foreign Secretary, Mr. Arthur Henderson, has addressed tho following telegram to tho Foreign Minister at Kabul: "I have the honour on behalf of His Majesty's Government of tho United Kingdom and of the Government of India and of His Majesty's Governments in Canada, the Commonwealth of Australia, New-Zealand, the Union of South Africa, and the Irish Free State, to inform Your Excellency that tho abovQ Governments recognise the Government established by. His Majesty King Mohammad Nadir Khan- as the Government of Afghanistan,-and to express a sincere hopo that the friondly relations of the past may continue with the now Government."
