And oh to your toes' and in ?o the air like a bird, and down , . „ down ." . . oh, th^ sp endid shock of the clear water, and the tingling of your whole body! A horrid splash, that first" dive, but you know the next one W iil be sweet ,• • • .graceful as a swallow's . . . and as happy, -•-•■-- u tt •'' d oe- ,° ne' we slip off our mushrooms.' and steal away from the iairy Ring, hunting.for that pool in the forest . . '". that tiny enchanted lake . .. , and bare toes curl in the still water •" and ripples make a wayy pattern of the tall, tall trees. But it isn't summer yet. . . .it cant be! No, not summer; but we may not wait any longer tor our first bathe. Where's my.towel? WhereV my shoes? Oh, where DID I put my bathing^mt, ; . . whe,, . . . I . , . put T . /it a^ay ?
