The Under-Seeretary for the Colo* aies was asked whether the draft agreement with Mr. Novainesky for the Dead Sea concessions, whose aims were given in a White Paper issued three days before the dissolution of the lata Parliament, had now been ratified. Mr. Lunn replied that the preliminary; agreement was signed on the 22nd. The final draft of the concession. wa» now under consideration.
