FEDERAL ELECTIONS
ALLEGATION AS TO ROLLS
(Eeceived 14th November, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. _ It is stated that a closo investigation of the rolls for L'den and Monaro, used at the recent Federal elections, has revealed an amazing state of affairs, and an allegation of "roll-stuff-ing" has been made. Further inquiries are being carried out. The contest for this electorate was one of the keenest in the Commonwealth. On the first count Mr. Perkins,- Nationalist, was leading when it was discovered that some informal vote 3 had been credited to him. Two check counts were made, and Mr. Cusack, "Labour candidate, was returned with a maiority of 40.
