LONDON, 13th November.
Tho death occurred at Bonn of the Princess- Victoria, of Germany, Frau Zoubkoff, sister of the ex-Kaiser, from inflammation of the lungs.
The ex-Kaiser and his elder sister, the ex-Queen of the Hellenes, were in frequent telephone communication with the doctors at the later stages of the illness.
