Notification lias been received by tlie Wellington Education Board that Government grants have been approved £or the following works:—Two additional rooms at Khandallah; an additional room at the secondary department, Grey town District High School; additional out-offices, Berhampore; additional room at Masterton West and two at Soatoun, where the removal to a new position of the boys' shelter shed and conveniences will be carried out; additions at Hataitai; extension of teachers' room, infant department, Karori; additional classroom and teachers' room, Trentham; two additional rooms, headmaster's room, toacheis' room, shelter ,shed accommodation, Wilford.
