To-day's sitting of the Magistrate's Court was presided over by Mi-. E. Page, S.M. One first-offending inebriate was convicted and discharged. . Giovanni Galvinni, aged 42, was fined £2, in. default seven days'.imprisonment, for his fourth statutory offence of drunkenness, and £1, in default seven days, for casting offensive matter. .
