Princess Victoria, the King's sister, devotes a considerable amount of time to the hobby'of bookbinding, and a few weeks ago sent His Majesty a tooled-leather-bound volume of one of Kipling's works as a,birthday gift. . Pjincess Victoria as a young woman devoted much serious etudy to this craft. She is no mere amateur, and a good many years ago experts said that she could earn a living at this work. Occasionally in those days the Princess exhibited specimens of her binding under the name of "Miss Mills."
