MOUNT LYELL DIVIDEND.
The Wellington Stock Exchange has received the following cablegram from the Mount Lyell Mining Company, Ltd.:— "Dividend one shilling and threepence and bonus one shilling and sixpence declared out of profits year ended 30th September, payable 18th December." This makos the total dividend and bonus for the year 20 per cent. Last year the company paid an interim dividend of Is, final dividend of Is, and bonus of 6d, making 12% per cent, for 1928. In each of the years 1925, 1926, and 1927 the dividend and bonus amounted to 11% per cent.
