NEED FOR^ MORE REVENUE
ANOTHER LOAN RUMOURED
(Received 2nd November, 1 p.m.) CANBERRA, This Day. The first meeting the Federal Loan Council since 'the Labour Government assumed office will be held at Melbourne on 11th November. It is understood that the new Ministry proposes to float a loan of ten million sterling as soon as possible. ' The Federal Treasurer. Mr. E. G. Theodore, estimates that two. million sterling additional revenue must be raised to balance the Federal finances. \
