TASMANIAN FARMERS
HOSPITALITY APPRECIATED
(By Telegraph.—Preaa Association.) . DUNEDIN, Ist November. The party of Tasmanian farmers who have been touring New Zealand left Auckland for Syduey by the Ulimaroa to-day. la a farewell message the leader, Mr. V. W. Shoobridge, expressed their appreciation of the kindness and hospitality extended at each town and district visited. Ho referred particularly to the New Zealand Farmers' Union and the agricultural and pastoral associations, whose members were most assiduous in their attentions and made it their endeavour to put tho j visitors in touch with Now Zealandfarming operations and methods. Mr. Shoobridge paid a tribute to the organisation of the Bailway Department and stated that the members were particularly thankful for the services rendered by the officials.
