PARIS, 24th October. President Doumergue has summoned _£.' Daladier,- the Radical Socialist leader, and will ask him to-morrow to form a Cabinet. The general feeling of the Congress o the Socialist Party at Rheims tb-day. was that M. Daladier ought to make aa effort to form a Government from parties of the Left, of whom the Socialisr Party is tho backbone.
