OTTAWA, 25th October. * An Order-in-Council has been signed re-engaging Sir Henry Thornton as President of the Canadian National Rail, ways for another five years at an annual salary of 75,000 dollars, sn increase of 10,000 dollars. Sir Henry also receives 10,000 dollars a jeer for travelling expenses.
