INDOOR BOWLING PROJECT.
An advertisement to-day calls attention to a public meeting to be held on Tuesday evening in the Empire Hall for the purpose of forming an indoor bowls association in Wellington. In Auckland this game has become almost a craze, the friendly societies in that city having some thousands of players. The proposed association, it is hoped, will embrace not only friendly societies, but any persons, both male and female, who may be interested in the movement.
