CLAIM FAILS.

Hunter, a motorbus proprietor, also of Ppfirua, for wages alleged to be due. At the conclusion of the'plaintiff's evidence, Mr; A. B. Sievwright;' who appeared for the. defendant, raised certain nonsuit points. The Magistrate considered the legal position, and beld that on the evidence°of the plaintiff himself he could not succeed, as he.had claimed in his.evidence that ho was a partner in the business of motor-bus proprietors.. ' Accordingly J. the plaintiff was non-suited and costs amounting to £3 3s were awarded in favour" of .the de-, fendant.-' Mr. C. O'Regan appeared for the plaintiff. ■ .- ■
