AuatrtUtn Press AiiocUtlon. (Received 4th October, 1 p.m.)
* BERLIN, 3rd October,
An excited and sometimes stormy meeting of the party lasting for four hours, at which he converted waverers to support the Unemployment Insurance Bill, was the final fatal drain on Dr. Stresemann'b strength. He went home and dined moderately. Instantly he had a stroke which deprived him of the joy in the morning of seeing the Reichstag pass the contentious Bill by a majority of 103. Thus once more Stresemann saved the Government from a crisis.
