Australian Press Association—United Service.
(Received 4th October, 11, a.m.)
BERLIN, 3rd October.
When the Reichstag assembled this morning, Dr. Stresemann's seat on the Ministerial bench was draped black and a wreath laid thereon. J1 bunch of white chrysanthemums ■ adorned the place where he sat as Deputy. All excepting the Communists and extreme Nationalists, who hated Stresemann and his policy, rose when the Vice-Pre-sident opened the sitting, eulogising Dr. Stresemann's work, and declaring that it should be written by letters of gold. Cabinet is holding a mourning sitting.
