AVOIDING THE FOG

LONDON, 3rd October.
The "Daily News" understands that arrangements are being completed for the King to spend the whole of the winter on the South Coast probably near Torquay or BournemoSth, which are mild, sheltered, ; from the wind, and fogless. Meanwhile, His Majesty is benefiting in his stay at Sandringham, although it will be necessary to move southward when the autumn mists gather. -
