SCHOOL HOOKEY
REPRESENTATIVE GAMES
The following boys have been selected to represent Wellington primary schools against Manawatu A team: Goal, Gapes (Karori);, full-backs, Garbett (Hataitai), Marple (Newtown); halves, Hale (Newtown), ; Hennessey (South. Wellington), Swan (Hataitai); forwards, Wilson (South Wellington), Maisey (Berhampore), Wellem (South Wellington), Edwards (Karori), Steel (Northland). B Team: Goal, Sage (South Wellington); full-backs, Flint (Terrace); Cartner (South Wellington); halves, Wilson (Karori), Lark (Terrace), Bentley (South Wellington); forwards, Cotter (Hataitai), Bryce (Berhampore), Brown (Terrace), Kelly (Berhampore), Hamilton ■' (Newtown). Emergencies:— Tolan (Hataitai), Rainbird (Terrace). The games will be played next Saturday at Newtown Park, the B team match commencing. at 2 p.m. and the A match at 3 p.m. The Manawatu boys will arrive by the 6.3 p.m. train on Friday, and will be; met at the station by their Wellington hosts. On Saturday, after the games, there will be a tea for the players, and entertainment is being arranged for the evening.- The visitors will return to Palmerston North on Sunday afternoon.
