BERLIN, 31st July. : Although the police have taken comploto precautions against disturbances on Ist August, they do not expect a repetition of the May Day riots. They will allow Communists to make orderly demonstrations, but disorders are expected in the Ruhr owing to extensive Communist activities and agitation to prepare for civil war. . :
