NOPERA CUP GAME

, DANNEYIRKE, 31st July. The urst representative ladies' hockeymatch of the season for the Nopera Cup was played here this afternoon, and resulted in the holders (Ruahine-Dannevirke) easily defeating East Coast by 8 goals to 1. The score at half-time was 6 goals to 1 in favour of the holders. Goals for tho winners were notched by Miss Bailey (5), Miss Rendle, and Miss Baker. Miss Cook was tho scorer for tho losers.
