A LONG RELAY

DUNEDIN, 31st July. The Otayo Radio Exhibition Was opened this afternoon by the Mayor (Mr. R. S. Black), before an attendance of about 100. Following Mr. Black's remarks, messages from the Postmaster-Genera? (the Hon. J. B. Donald) and the Minister of Railways (the Hon. W. B. Taverner) were received by telephone and relayed by 4YA. ! •
The exhibition, heldl under the auspices of the Otago Amateur Radio Association, comprises a' comprehensive display of the latest developments and many novel features. :. •
The Broadcasting Company has temporarily installed a studio on the stage, and will broadcast from the exhibition during its progress.
