Messrs,' Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received cable advice from their head oflice on the July sales held in London. The May sale prices are given in parentheses as a comparison:—Full winters, thin pelts, slightly spotty, llSd to 120 d (not quoted); full winters, medium and stout pelts, 80d to llOd (90d to llOd); second and late winter (thin pelts), 80d to 95d (not quoted); second and late winter (stout pelts), 52d to 62d (53d to."Od); early winter and first incoming, SOd to 90d (80d to 105 d); late autumn, Gsd to 70d (riot quoted); early autumn, 54d to to. 58d (53d to 58d); spring and summer 48d to 52d (48d to 55d); autumn racks, 54d to 56d (50d to 54d); light racks, 55d to 58d (53d to 5Sd); spring and summer racks (thin and/or medium and stout pelts), 36d to 40d (40d to 42d); inferior and damaged, fair to good, 55d to 60d (55d to 60d); inferior and damaged'; medium to poor, 33d to 48d (3Sd to 52d); milky, fair to good, oOd to 5"6 d (54d to 58d); milky, medium to poor, 35d to 46d (38d); kittens and suckers, 29d to 3Gd (25d to 35d). There were 2150 bales offered and 950 sold. Market irregular and dragging. Hatters 5 per cent. lower; pulling sorts and light racks 10 per cent, lower; furriers very little demand; mostly withdrawn.
