TRAIN DERAILED
PASSENGERS. HELD UP

MASTBBTON, This Day.
The, railway line where the North- -, bound goods and passenger train was partially derailed near tho tunnel between - Eketahuna and Mangamahoe yesterday,. was cleared at about 7.20 p.m. '■'■''■ It was necessary to tranship passengers on the north and south-bound mail trains and the afternoon goods train. The cause of tho mishap has not been .determined, but it is believed that a wagon jumped the rail. The derailment caused a delay of about four hours to both the mail trains.
