AMONG THE BIG GAME FISH
The total number of big game fish caught by members of the Baj of Islands Swordflsh and Mako Shark Club during the season ended 30th June was 195, against 183 for the previous season, and 232 for the 1926-27 season. Although there were no records this season, some very fine fish were caught, and some of the visiting anglers were loud in their praises as to the sport to be obtained in the Bay of Islands.
