RUMOUR DENIED

AUCKLAND, This Day. Whon shown a paragraph appearing in tho "Auckland Star" of yesterday, Mr. Coates said: "You may look for many such rumours. Tho source of this rumour, which is unfounded, is known. The members of the Parliamentary roprosentatives of the Reform Party are sound and loyal. It is regrettable that Sir James Parr's namo should bo bandied around whilo that gentleman is absent from tho country engaged upon important work."
