RUGBY, 16th July.
A bulletin issued from Buckingham Palace this morning and signed by four doctors stated that the King had passed a good night and both general and local conditions are satisfactory. In Court circles . tho bulletin^ is regarded with .considerable satisfaction, indicating, as it does, that the King's general health has not suffered in any way from the effects of the operation. The Duke of Counaught this afternoon said that the Royal Family were very satisfied .with His Majesty's progress. ,
