SYDNEY, This Day, The latest news from the Southera Cross, received at 11 o'clock this morning, stated that the 'plane was flying through mist and rain and the pilot could not see anything. Throughout the night an approximate speed of. 98 knots was maintained. They expected to reach Singapore late in the evening.
