.-..-. BERLIN, 27th • June. The -whole of Germany to-morrow observes the equivalent of a day of mourning on the tenth anniversary of the signing of the Versailles Treaty. Demonstrations will be largely militarist, backed by the Nationalists and Centre Party supporters. It is hoped that there will be eighty thousand in the Berlin..: Stadium, at which there will be a solemn denial of the "war guilt lie." _ The Reichstag will simultaneously listen to a.similar declaration signed by President yon Hindenburg, arid all the members of the Catonet,
