(Eeceived 21st; June, ,9 a.m.) .. SYDNEY, This Day. A combined meeting .of unions at Kurri Kurri decided ;to suspend picketing at Eichmond:- 'Main Colliery. A night picket at Hebburn made allegations against a police sergeant. Members of the picket, alleged that the officer,', while apparently under the influence of drink, struck a'picket with a stick, waved his revolver,-and threatened to shoot the picket, if he retaliated. Inspector Stein, who is 1 in charge on the coalfields, stated that owing to long watches and work, the: police were not accustomed to, one maenad apparently suffered a nervous, breakdown.
