The application by Dean Barnet for an injunction .restraining the Bishop Of Waikato and other churchmen from setting up a commission to inquire into thedean's fitness to retain the office of Bean of St. Peter's Cathedral, Hamilton, will not be : heard at the Supreme Court sessions next week. ■ s In tho meantime the interim injunction continues to operate. .'■
