LEASE CHANGES HANDS

AUCKLAND^ This Day. A lease- of Everybody's Theatre, Lower Queen street, has been acquired by :i Sydney organisation, known as Woohvorths, Ltd., which curries on business on similar Hues to 5 and 10 per cent. American Stores. Mr. T. O'Br.ien. wlio owned the lease, states tli.it the pt-iuc was £GOOO. The lease has six years to run. The new firm takes over in August, when the premises will bo converted into an. open warehouse.
