The Norwegian steamer Selje, o'GOO tons, foundered about 120 miles west of Port Phillip Heads last night after collision with the Kaituna. Tho latter vessel rescued tho crow of tho Selje. Tho Kaituna's bows were damaged, and she wirelessed for assistance to enable her to reach port. The Selje had a cargo of wheat valued at £75,000. A wireless message received in Melbourne from the'Selje indicated that the ves.se! was in difficulties. The words "sinking fast" were faintly heard. Tile message was obviously incomplete.
